Desirée Gagné, MA, OTR/L, C/NDT
Occupational Therapist

Desirée graduated from Utica College of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She received a Master of Arts degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. Desirée has over 25 years of experience, with specialization in stroke rehabilitation and fall prevention, and has worked in a variety of settings. She is certified in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) and is a member of the Neuro-Developmental Treatment Association. She also holds a certification as a fall prevention specialist (CFPS) and is an OTAGO trained fall prevention therapist. Desirée enjoys incorporating a holistic approach to therapy.

Her greatest joy is time with her family, traveling, and running. What she likes most about being an OT is the rewarding positive feeling of being able to make a difference in someone’s life.

Prosthetist/Orthotist

Art graduated from The University Of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics. He specializes in upper extremity prosthetics and fabrication. He founded a successful central fabrication facility, Alchemy Composites, in 2011 (www.alchemycomposites.com). He enjoys troubleshooting solutions and using creative clever options in his profession.

When not busy at Rehability and Alchemy Composites, he is enjoying family time. Art also has a passion for 3D design modeling and implementing 3D printing into prosthetic and orthotic devices. Most importantly, Art takes pride in the fact that within Rehability, we can put forward therapy services alongside prosthetics and orthotics offering a true team approach under one roof.
Andrew Adamik

Andrew Adamik, MSPO
O&P Resident

Andrew is originally from Pittsburgh PA and he graduated from The Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science. He went on to receive his Master’s degree at the International Institute of Orthotics and Prosthetics in Tampa Florida.

Andrew is currently an O&P resident and enjoys working with a wide patient population as well as working to restore lost capabilities of patients!

When not working Andrew enjoys golfing, fishing, and going to the beach!
Vladimyr-Jean-Pierre-PT-DPT

Vladimyr Jean-Pierre, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Vladimyr Jean-Pierre is a licensed Physical Therapist. He holds a clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. He has practiced physical therapy in various settings such as outpatient clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health, gyms, and assisted living facilities. He additionally enjoys the opportunity to volunteer his skills abroad and serve. He currently works with various companies, as needed, in Hernando, Polk, and Hillsborough counties. When not working Vladimyr enjoys bike riding, hiking trails, and being on the sunny beaches right here in Florida.

Melissa Masone, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Melissa Masone, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist born and raised in the greater Tampa area. She received her B.S. degree in Exercise
Science from Florida State University and a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Melissa has worked in
multiple settings including skilled nursing, outpatient, home health and assisted living facilities. Her passion is geriatric rehabilitation and
wellness for people of all ages. Melissa was a competitive athlete up through college and has been on the “other side of rehab”, which
makes her determined to do as much as she can to help her patients live their fullest life.

When not working, Melissa loves to travel, cook and bake, spend time with her husband and family and do anything that involves being outside and near the water.
Nicole Waters, Ph.D., M. Div., LMT, CR, MMP

Nicole Waters, Ph.D., M. Div., LMT, CR, MMP Holistic and Complementary Medicine Practitioner

Nicole was originally from Montclair, New Jersey and moved to Florida in 2007. After using Holistic and Complementary Medicine in her own life she realized she wanted to be able to help others. Nicole holds a Master of Divinity (M.Div.), and a Ph.D. in Holistic Life Coaching. In the role of Holistic and Complementary Medicine practitioner she focuses on treating the whole person. Often integrating various alternative therapies with conventional medical treatments to promote overall health and well-being.  

As a Medical Massage Practitioner (LMT, MMP) Certified Reflexologist (CR), Certified Reiki Master Practitioner and teacher and Certified Yoga & Qi Gong Instructor she works in her community helping others. Serving as a Peruvian-trained Shaman she uses a variety of techniques such as meditation and energy medicine to help remove energetic blockages.Owner of Beyond Healing: A company focused on wellness retreats.Metaphysician at a local Substance Abuse rehabilitation Program.In her free time, she enjoys traveling, volunteering in her community as well as practicing and teaching yoga.

Donna has lived in Florida for the past 30 years and has a Bachelor's in Human Development. Before taking time off to care for her spouse, she worked for a hospital doing Insurance Billing and Collections.

Donna's hobbies include shopping, traveling, running, and spending time with her family.

Brittany has a passion for holistic health approaches to patient care. She is a Certified Nutritional Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is enrolled at Pasco Hernando State College, graduating with an AA degree by May 2024. As a person who has experienced Physical Therapy that changed her life, she plans to continue her education at USF for Physical Therapy. Brittany is originally from Florida and raised in Connecticut. 

She moved back to FL in 2022 to be closer to family and pursue the dream of working with patients to help others achieve their goals. Brittany enjoys an active lifestyle, going to the gym, biking, hiking, and running.
Dolly Vazquez's

Migdalis (dolly) was born and raised in the Bronx, NY to parents who were born in the beautiful Island of Puerto Rico. She worked as an Administrative Assistant at New York University for 15 years.
She obtained her associate's degree in computer science and later relocated to Florida in 2014. She then served as a Chaplain for the Department of Corrections for 7 Years. Dolly has over 25 years of Administrative Assistant experience. When not working, she volunteers at her local church, sings, and cherishes moments with her family.
