15-minute physical or occupational therapy screen to help you determine a wellness/performance plan and/or what the source of any pain or discomfort may be. These screenings are designed to give you an unbiased opinion on the best path of treatment. A complimentary screen can be set up by appointment only and will be with a licensed Physical &/or Occupational Therapist.
Fall Prevention Screen to find out if you or a loved one may be at risk for falls. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Geriatric Society recommend yearly fall assessment screening for all adults 65 years of age and older. The fall prevention screen will be scheduled with a fall prevention specialist.
Complimentary Prosthetic Consultation with an ABC Certified Prosthetist.
